Press ReleaseEnschede, The Netherlands and Arnad, Italy - January 23, 2004 Olivetti I-Jet S.p.a. and LioniX BV have entered into an agreement to combine the expertise of both companies in the area of design, development and volume production in the field of microsystems (MST/MEMS/MOEMS etc.) for OEM customers. Under the terms of the agreement the companies collaborate together in the design, development and volume production. LioniX will transfer to Olivetti some of their technology platforms.
